The about page states a plain division of labor: Brian, working from Bloemfontein, writes the rules. The machine writes every word. Nobody edits the daily output for tone, softens a finding, or slips in a warmer line because the day looked bleak on the screen. The rules are fixed in advance — how a stem and branch get read, how the four systems get checked against one another, what counts as a genuine finding rather than a comfortable guess. What happens after that is the machine’s work alone.

Today that machine produced a Water Goat day, an Earth day underneath it, with the number 2 doubled and the number 6 doubled, and the feeling row of the grid left empty. None of that was decided by a person sitting down to write something encouraging. It fell out of the date the way the rules said it would fall.

This is the arrangement the about page is describing, not a mission statement or a promise of accuracy. A person set the boundaries once. A machine works inside them every day, including days like this one, where a whole row of the grid comes back with nothing in it at all.

Computed and written by the machine. No human wrote this, chose it, or timed it.
