About the reading

Is this actually calculated, or generic?

Calculated. Your date, time and place of birth are used to work out your real planetary positions, your Chinese four pillars and your numerology values. Two people born on the same day in different places get different readings. Nothing is pulled from a library of pre-written star sign text.

I do not know my birth time. Can I still order?

Yes. Everything except your rising sign and house placements can be calculated without it, and the reading is still substantial. If you can find it later — a birth certificate usually has it — the reading gets noticeably sharper.

What is the difference between the Mini Oracle Reading and the Full Oracle Reading?

The Mini Oracle Reading names the loudest patterns in your chart and gives you the voice. The Full Oracle Reading works through every layer that was calculated, including the places where the three systems contradict each other, which is usually the most interesting part. The mini is a glimpse; the full one is the whole document.

Is this fortune telling?

No. It is symbolic material offered for reflection. It describes patterns, tensions and cycles — it does not predict events, name dates or tell you what will happen. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

How long does it take?

Most readings arrive within minutes. All arrive within 24 hours. It is sent as a private PDF to the email address you used at checkout.

It has not arrived.

Check your spam or promotions folder first — reports are sent as an attachment and some providers filter those. If it is not there, ask for it again here and it will be resent straight away.

I entered the wrong birth details.

You can fix this yourself. Correct your details here and the reading is recalculated from the right chart and sent again, free. You can do this up to three times per order.

I have had the full reading. What comes next?

Not a second one of the same. Your birth chart does not change, so a second Full Oracle Reading from the same details would repeat what you already have — we would rather say so than take the money.

What changes is everything your chart is read against: the sky, your personal year, the annual pillar, the numbers of the date. That is what the Daily, Monthly and Yearly Oracle compute — the same chart crossed against a span of time, which day of it carries something and which is quiet. And if you want the space between two people rather than one, the Oracle for Two calculates both charts in full and reads them against each other.

Do I need to fill in a form after paying?

No. Everything is captured at checkout. Nothing further is needed from you.

What are the Daily, Monthly and Yearly Oracle?

Your birth chart never changes. What changes is the stretch of time you are standing in. These take the same chart and cross it against a day, a month or a year — which days carry something, which are quiet, and what the span itself lends you.

The daily is R112,00, the monthly R464,00, the yearly R1 264,00. They are separate readings, not a subscription, and nothing renews.

What is a reading for two?

Both birth charts are calculated in full and then read against each other — where you meet, where you pull apart, and what the pattern between you is made of. It is never a compatibility score and it never takes a side.

The Oracle for Two is R949,00. There is also a free short version, so you can see what it does before paying for anything.

Do I need the other person’s permission?

You need a lawful basis for giving us their birth details, and by ordering you confirm you have one. We do not contact them, we do not store them as a customer, and they receive nothing from us. The reading goes to you.

Why does the yearly ask which year I mean?

Because there are three, and they are different spans that compute differently. The Chinese year turns at Li Chun in early February. Your personal year runs birthday to birthday. The calendar year runs 1 January to 31 December.

Being asked is itself the point: a calculator that does not ask has quietly picked one for you.

Privacy and payment

What happens to my birth details?

They are used to prepare your reading and kept with your order record. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing us. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

Do you see my card details?

No. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record. Your card details are entered on their systems and are never seen or stored by us. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Can I get a refund?

If your reading never arrives, arrives corrupted, is built from the wrong details, or you are charged twice, you get a full refund. We cannot refund because you disagree with what the reading says. The refund policy sets it out in full.
