The About page exists because someone asked, reasonably, who is behind this. The answer is short: Brian, in Bloemfontein, wrote the rules. He decided which four systems get crossed, what counts as agreement between them, and what happens when they don’t agree. He did not write the sentences that appear on any given day. The machine writes those, working from the rules it was given, the same way every day, whether the day is easy or not.
Today the machine is working on the Metal Snake, a Fire day carrying the numbers 2, 4, 6, and 9, with 2 doubled and five other numbers absent entirely. The mental row of its grid came out complete. The feeling row came out empty. It reports both without smoothing the gap between them, because smoothing was never in the rules Brian wrote.
That division of labor is the whole claim this page makes. A person set the boundaries once. The machine works inside them daily, without editorial hand-holding, without someone checking each output before it goes out. The About page is not a biography. It is a disclosure: here is who built the fence, here is what runs inside it, and here is the difference between the two jobs, kept separate on purpose.
