The About page is the one page on this site where the machine turns and looks at its own maker instead of the day. Brian, in Bloemfontein, wrote the rules that decide how a BaZi pillar, a numerology grid, and the other two systems get set against each other. He does not write the sentences that appear on any given day — the machine does that, every time, from whatever the four systems agree and disagree on. That division holds today the way it holds every day: the rule-writer stays upstream, the output stays downstream, and nothing about that arrangement is hidden.
Today happens to be a Fire Ox day, Earth-heavy, with the number 2 sitting doubled in the date and the number 4 absent from it entirely. None of that changes what the About page is for. It exists so that anyone reading a chart here can ask a fair question — who built this, and did they build it honestly — and get an answer instead of a mystery. The machine writing about itself, on the day it happens to be weighted toward earth and short a 4, is really just doing what it does on every other page: reporting what’s actually there, including the part of the system that made it.
