This page explains how to ask us to delete your Beyond Horoscope 28 account and the data stored with it. It applies both to the Beyond Horoscope 28 app and to beyondhoroscope28.com.
How to request deletion

- 2. Use the subject line Delete my account
- 3. Send it from the email address your chart is stored under
There is no form to fill in and nothing to log into.
A Beyond Horoscope 28 account has no password — it is identified only by your email address. That is why the request has to come from that address: it is the only way we can tell it is yours.
We reply to confirm, and the deletion is completed within 7 days, usually the same day.
What gets deleted
Everything below is erased permanently:
- Your stored birth chart — birth date, birth time, birth place, and every calculation made from them
- Your name
- The token that identifies your device and your daily reading link
- Every daily reading ever calculated for you
- Any questions you asked the Oracle, and the answers
- Any reports we generated for you, including the PDF files
- Your push notification token — notifications stop immediately
- Your email address, removed from our sending list
What we keep, and for how long
If you have ever paid for a reading, we keep the order record — the date, the amount, the invoice number, and the email address the order was placed under.
We keep that for 5 years, because South African tax law requires a business to retain records of its sales. It is kept for that reason alone. It is never used for marketing, and it is not linked to a chart, because the chart is gone.
Nothing else is kept.
Deleting the app is not the same thing
Removing the app from your phone stops it working on that device, but it does not delete your account or your stored chart. To delete those, send the email above.
