I entered the wrong birth details
This is the one that matters most. A wrong birth date does not shift the reading slightly — it produces a completely different chart. Correct it and the reading is recalculated and sent again, free.
Put in the email address you ordered with and we send you a correction link. You can correct an order up to three times.
My reading has not arrived
Check your spam and promotions folders first — readings are sent as an email attachment. If it is not there, ask for it again on the same page and it will be resent straight away.
Anything else
Refunds, questions about what a reading means, or something we have not thought of. There is a message form on the same page. A person reads every message, and we reply within 5 working days — usually much sooner.
